Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
