Place the cold espresso, vodka, Kahlua, crème de cacao and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a martini glass. Garnish with gold leaf to serve.
