1 lungo shot cold espresso
120 ml whole milk
60 ml thick caramel syrupplus extra to garnish
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g ice-cubes
Coffee beansto garnish

Place the cold espresso, milk, caramel syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.

Drizzle the inside of a short serving glass with caramel syrup. Fill with the caramel espresso frappe and garnish with coffee beans.
