Measurements:
1 lungo shot cold espresso
120 ml whole milk
60 ml vanilla syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g ice-cubes
Vanilla beanto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cold espresso, milk, vanilla syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
- 2Serve the vanilla espresso frappe in a tall serving glass and garnish with a vanilla bean.
