  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • Baileys Irish cream icon
    15 ml Baileys Irish cream
  • Kahlua coffee liqueur icon
    15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • double cream icon
    60 ml double cream
  • whole milk icon
    60 ml whole milk
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes
  • thick chocolate syrup icon

Instructions

  • 1Place the cold espresso, Irish cream, Kahlua, cream and milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass. Serve with a Savioardi lady finger and garnish with coffee beans.
