60 ml double cream
30 ml coconut cream
15 ml sugar syrup
Ice-cubesto serve
1 double shot cold espresso
30 ml vanilla syrup
150 ml water
Cocoa powderto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
- 2Fill a serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
