To make the strawberry cream, place the cream, strawberry puree and sugar in a jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the chilled espresso. Top with milk, then strawberry cream. Garnish with dried rose petals to serve.
