Ingredients

Measurements:

60 ml whipping cream
15 ml whole milk
1½ tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 small cold brew shot
Raw sugar
to serve

Instructions

1Place the cream, milk, sugar and pumpkin spice in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold brew. Top with the cream mixture and cover the top with raw sugar. Use a blow torch to caramelise the sugar and serve.
