To make the mango cream, place the cream, mango purée and sugar in a liquid measuring jug. Whisk (or use a milk frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
To serve, place the mango purée in a large serving glass. Fill the glass with ice, then top with the coconut water and cold brew.
Top with the mango cream and garnish with skewered mango pieces and toasted coconut flakes to serve.
