30 g mango purée
Ice cubesto serve
120 ml coconut water
150 ml cold brew
Mango piecesto garnish
Coconut flakesto garnish
For the mango cream
80 ml whipping cream- 50 g mango purée
15 g caster sugar

To make the mango cream, place the cream, mango purée and sugar in a liquid measuring jug. Whisk (or use a milk frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
Tip: You can use shop-bought mango purée or make your own by blending 40g mango with 2 teaspoons sugar syrup and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, adjusted to taste. - 2
To serve, place the mango purée in a large serving glass. Fill the glass with ice, then top with the coconut water and cold brew.
