    150 ml whole milk
  • double cold espresso icon

For the lavender cream

  • whipping cream icon
    45 ml whipping cream
  • whole milk icon
    2 tsp whole milk
  • lavender concentrate icon
    2 tsp lavender concentrate
  • purple food colour icon

Instructions

  • 1

    To make the lavender cream, place the cream, milk, lavender concentrate and a few drops of purple food colour in a jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.

    Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with honey. Fill with ice and pour in the milk. Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the lavender cream. Garnish dried rose petals to serve.
