Measurements:

  • jasmine tea leaves icon
    2 tsp jasmine tea leaves
  • boiling water icon
    150 ml boiling water
  • medium cold brew icon
    1 medium cold brew
  • sugar syrup icon
    30 g sugar syrup
  • lime juice icon
    45 ml lime juice
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes
  • orange rind icon
    Orange rind
  • dried jasmine icon
    Dried jasmine

Instructions

    Combine the tea leaves and boiling water in a jug. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Allow to cool.

    Add the cooled tea to a cocktail shaker with the cold brew, sugar syrup and lime juice. Top up the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.

  • 3

    Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a coupe glass. Garnish with grated orange rind and dried jasmine to serve.
