Measurements:

  • boiling water icon
    15 ml boiling water
  • light brown sugar icon
    2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • lungo shot cold espresso icon
    1 lungo shot cold espresso
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • oat milk icon
    320 ml oat milk

Instructions

  • 1Place the boiling water and sugar in a measuring jug and stir to dissolve. Stir in the cold espresso.
  • 2Fill a tall serving glass with ice and add the oat milk. Pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
