Measurements:

  • medium cold brew shot icon
    1 medium cold brew shot
  • sugar syrup icon
    2 tsp sugar syrup
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • grated chocolate icon

For the cloud coffee cream

  • whipping cream icon
    100 ml whipping cream
  • vanilla extract icon
    ¾ tsp vanilla extract
  • condensed milk icon
    1 tbsp condensed milk
  • caster sugar icon
    1 tbsp caster sugar
  • shot cold espresso icon
    1 shot cold espresso

Instructions

  • 1To make the cloud coffee cream, place the cream, vanilla, condensed milk, sugar and chilled espresso in jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with honey. Fill with ice and pour in the milk. Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the lavender cream. Garnish dried rose petals to serve.
