To melt the chocolate, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Don’t allow the base of the bowl to touch the water, so the chocolate doesn’t overheat. Stir occasionally until melted.
Remove the chocolate from the heat. Dip a serving glass into the chocolate to coat the rim.
Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining chocolate to the glass and brew the espresso shot over the chocolate. Mix to combine. Top with hot milk to serve.
