Measurements:
1 lungo shot cold espresso
120 ml whole milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g Oreo cookiesapproximately 5 cookies, plus extra to garnish
30 g ice-cubes
Thick chocolate syrupto garnish

Place the cold espresso, milk, ice cream, Oreo cookies and ice in a blender and blend until combined.

Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the espresso cookies and cream shake into the glass and garnish with chopped Oreos.
