½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Place the tomato juice, vodka, sugar syrup, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a measuring jug and stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce, then stir in the cold espresso.

Dip the rim of a short serving glass in the extra lemon juice and then celery salt. Fill with ice and lemon slices, then pour over the coffee mixture. Garnish with shaved celery to serve.
