This iced brew is all sweet, creamy and heavenly hazelnut. The cold brew coffee gives a smooth, mellow base and is the perfect pick-me-up for any time of day.

Ingredients


Measurements:

  • double cream icon
    60 ml double cream
  • whole milk icon
    15 ml whole milk
  • caster sugar icon
    1½ tsp caster sugar
  • hazelnut syrup icon
    30 ml hazelnut syrup

  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • medium cold brew shot icon
    1 medium cold brew shot
  • white chocolate icon
    White chocolate

    grated, to garnish

  • toasted hazelnuts icon
    Toasted hazelnuts

    grated, to garnish

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Fill a tall serving glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining hazelnut syrup. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with white chocolate and hazelnuts to serve.
