Ingredients


Measurements:

  • lungo shot cold espresso icon
    1 lungo shot cold espresso
  • thick caramel syrup icon
    60 ml thick caramel syrup

    plus extra to garnish

  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • whole milk icon
    240 ml whole milk

Instructions

  • 1Place the cold espresso and caramel syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with the extra caramel syrup and fill with ice. Add the milk and pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
