Measurements:
1 lungo shot cold espresso
60 ml thick caramel syrupplus extra to garnish
Ice-cubesto serve
240 ml whole milk
Instructions
- 1Place the cold espresso and caramel syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
- 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with the extra caramel syrup and fill with ice. Add the milk and pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
