Measurements:

  • lungo shot cold espresso icon
    1 lungo shot cold espresso
  • whole milk icon
    120 ml whole milk
  • thick caramel syrup icon
    60 ml thick caramel syrup

    plus extra to garnish

  • scoops vanilla ice cream icon
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ice-cube icon
    60 g ice-cubes
  • coffee bean icon
    Coffee beans

    to garnish

Instructions

  • 1Place the cold espresso, milk, caramel syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a short serving glass with caramel syrup. Fill with the caramel espresso frappe and garnish with coffee beans.
