Measurements:
Mustard and Maple Marinade
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp maple syrup
1 clove garliccrushed
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp Coarse salt
Tea
1 (225 g) chicken breastsliced into 1cm (3/8-inch) pieces
170 g sweet potatopeeled, sliced into 1cm (3/8-inch) rounds
¼ cup (60 ml) chicken stock
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
115 g tenderstem broccolitrimmed
To serve

Instructions
- 1Make Mustard and Maple Marinade: Place marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Add chicken and turn to coat. Set aside.
- 2Place sweet potato slices on a microwave-safe plate. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the stock. Cover plate with vented lid or cling film and place on turntable. Press MICROWAVE and set to 100% for 5 minutes. Press Start to begin cooking.
- 3Arrange chicken slices in a single layer over sweet potatoes and place tenderstem broccoli next to the chicken. Cover and place back on turntable. Press MICROWAVE and set to 100% for 4 minutes. Press Start to begin cooking.
- 4Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
