Ingredients


Measurements:

  • whipping cream icon
    1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream
  • Gruyère cheese icon
    170 g Gruyère cheese

    finely grated

  • Yukon Gold potato icon
    1 kg Yukon Gold potatoes

    peeled and thinly sliced

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper icon

Instructions

  • 1Place cream and three-quarters of the cheese in a large microwave-safe measuring jug. Place baking dish on Combi Crisp pan in low position and place on turntable.
  • 2Press MICROWAVE and set to 100% for 2 minutes. Press START to begin cooking and stir halfway through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3Arrange one-third of the potato slices, overlapping slightly, in a lightly greased 24cm (9½-inch) round microwave-safe baking dish. Pour one-third of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Repeat twice with remaining potato slices and cream mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • 4Press FAST COMBI and set 200°C for 40 minutes. Press START to begin cooking and
