Ingredients
Measurements:
6 large eggs
¾ cup (180 ml) whipping cream
115 g mature cheddargrated
1 spring onionthinly sliced
1 clove garliccrushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 stalks kaleleaves removed, coarsely chopped
170 g marinated artichokesdrained, halved
Instructions
- 1Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half of the cheese, spring onion and garlic and season to taste.
- 2Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange kale over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and the remaining cheese.
- 3Press Fast Combi and set 175°C, for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.
- 4Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
