Measurements:
200 g frozen acai puree
140 g frozen mixed berries
½ bananapeeled, reserve the remaining half for serving
80 g Greek-style yoghurt
2 tbsp peanut butteroptional
125 ml coconut water
Fresh mixed berriesto serve
65 g granola

Assemble the processor with the green Quad™ blade in the bowl. Add the acai puree, frozen berries, half the banana, yoghurt, peanut butter and coconut water and process until smooth, scraping down the side occasionally.

Transfer to a serving bowl, top with the remaining sliced banana, fresh berries and granola.
