Ingredients


Measurements:

  • double shot espresso icon
    1 double shot espresso

    chilled

  • vodka icon
    15 ml vodka
  • Kahlua coffee liqueur icon
    15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • sugar syrup icon
    30 ml sugar syrup
  • coconut milk icon
    80 ml coconut milk
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes
  • coconut flakes icon
    Coconut flakes

    toasted, to garnish

Instructions

  • 1Place the chilled espresso, vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a martini glass. Garnish with coconut flakes to serve.
