Measurements:

  • shot espresso icon
    1 shot espresso

    chilled

  • whole milk icon
    150 ml whole milk
  • strawberry syrup icon
    20 ml strawberry syrup

    divided

  • double cream icon
    60 ml double cream
  • coconut cream icon
    30 ml coconut cream
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • strawberries icon

    to garnish

Instructions

  • 1Place the chilled espresso, milk and 15ml of the strawberry syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
  • 2Place the remaining 5ml (1 teaspoon) strawberry syrup, cream and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
  • 3Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the espresso mixture. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
