2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 double shot espresso
⅛ tsp ground cardamom
⅛ tsp ground cinnamonplus extra to garnish
Cinnamon stickto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the ice cream in a serving glass.
- 2Brew the espresso over the cardamom and cinnamon in a separate glass, then pour over the ice cream to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
