  • whipping cream icon
    60 ml whipping cream
  • coconut cream icon
    30 ml coconut cream
  • sugar syrup icon
    15 ml sugar syrup
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • vanilla syrup icon
    15 ml vanilla syrup
  • Malibu  icon
    30 ml Malibu
  • water icon
    50 ml water
  • edible rose petal icon

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
