The brewing/extraction cycle ends very early / short brew / steam function stops early / hot water function stops early / Why is the brewing/extraction cycle stopping so early within 3 to 5 seconds and nothing comes out?
If you're using a water tank filter, perform the following steps:
- Perform a factory reset
- Remove the water tank
- Empty the water and remove the water tank filter
- Refill the water tank with water to the maximum line (without the filter)
- Place the water tank back on your machine
- Press the two cup button to begin the brew cycle
- Make a note of whether the water runs for more than 3-5 seconds.
- Test the hot water function and steam function
- If the machine is more than 1 month old, please run a descale cycle as there can be mineral scale buildup up
