Setting up your machine

Sage is excited to introduce our top-of-the-line machine, the Oracle™. In this video, we're going to unbox the Oracle™ so you can familiarise yourself with it.
Let us take you through the different parts and accessories included with your Oracle™ so you can get ready to start making your first cup of coffee.

Unboxing and parts

Creating barista-quality third wave speciality coffee has never been easier than with the Oracle™. We'll guide you through each button on your machine's interface, so you will be ready to make your first cup of exceptional café-quality brew!

How to use the interface

Hard water, or water with a higher mineral content, can cause scale to build up faster in your machine. Checking for water hardness is an essential part of the machine setup for your Oracle™ as the hardness of your water can impact the flavour of your coffee.
