Your Barista Touch™ comes with a water hardness test strip to determine the quality of your water source. When brewing the perfect cup of third wave speciality coffee, the magic is in the details. The Barista Touch™ has 30 grind levels available so that you can dial in on your perfect taste. We recommend you start with grind level 14 and adjust to your tastes from there.
