Combine butter, garlic, shallot, parsley and thyme in a small bowl.
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on Combi Crisp pan and place on turntable in low position. Press Food Menu and select Cook, then Fish, 225g. Press Start to begin cooking.
Remove fish from microwave and cover to keep warm.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Cover with a vented lid or cling film. Press Microwave and set to 100% for 3 minutes. Press Start to begin cooking and turn the potatoes over halfway through cooking. When finished cooking, drain, add butter mixture, cover and set aside.
Place asparagus in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Cover with a vented lid or cling film. Press Food Menu and select Cook, then Soft Veg, 115g. Press Start to begin cooking.
Drain and season with salt and pepper.
Serve fish with garlic herb potatoes, asparagus and lemon wedges.
