Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half of the cheese, spring onion and garlic and season to taste.
Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange kale over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and the remaining cheese.
Press Fast Combi and set 175°C, for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
