Insert the air fry basket into rack position 3 and the wire rack into position 7. Place the roasting pan on the rack so it sits beneath the basket to catch any drips during cooking. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 190°C, for 15 minutes. Press Start for P2, set the oven to Grill, High, for 4 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, prepare the wings.
Place the wings on paper towels and pat dry to remove any excess moisture.
Place the soy sauce, five spice powder, garlic powder, salt, milk powder, vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wings and toss to coat.
Once preheated, place the wings top side up in the air fry basket, evenly spaced apart. At the end of P2 turn the wings and adjust the oven to Grill, High, for 5 minutes and press Start to grill for a further 5 minutes.
The wings should be browned and cooked through. If not, grill them a little longer.
Top the wings with spring onion and chilli and serve with hoisin sauce and cucumber sticks.
