Yoghurt is the hero ingredient in this super easy and versatile dough. The acidity in the yoghurt helps tenderise the dough and adds flavour. Brushed with garlic infused oil and sprinkled with cheese, this is a great snack or, can be turned into a meal with your favourite pizza toppings.

Ingredients


Measurements:

  • plain flour icon
    300 g plain flour
  • baking powder icon
    2 tsp baking powder
  • salt icon
    2 tsp salt
  • Greek-style yoghurt icon
    300 g Greek-style yoghurt
  • olive oil icon
    1 tbsp olive oil
  • clove garlic icon
    2 cloves garlic

    crushed

  • shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice icon
    125 g shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice

Instructions

    Insert the wire rack into position 7. Set the oven to Pizza, Convection, 200°C, for 10 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.

    Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir to combine.

  • 3

    Add the yoghurt and bring the dough together. Turn out onto the bench top and knead to combine.

  • 4

    Flour the bench top and dough and roll until large enough to fit the pizza pan. Place the dough on the pan and press to the edge.

  • 5

    Combine the oil and garlic in a small bowl and brush over the dough. Sprinkle with the cheese.

  • 6

    Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

  • 7

    The cheese should be melted and the crust golden brown. If not, cook it a little longer.

  • 8

    Cut and serve.
