1 double shot cold espresso
15 ml vodka
15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
30 ml sugar syrup
80 ml coconut milk
Ice-cubes
Coconut flakestoasted, to garnish

Place the cold espresso, vodka, Kahlua, sugar syrup and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.

Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a martini glass. Garnish with coconut flakes to serve.
