Place the cold brew, milk and 15ml of the strawberry syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
Place the remaining 5ml (1 teaspoon) strawberry syrup, cream and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the espresso mixture. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
