Ingredients

Measurements:

  • whipping cream icon
    60 ml whipping cream
  • whole milk icon
    15 ml whole milk
  • granulated sugar icon
    1½ tsp granulated sugar
  • pumpkin spice icon
    1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • small cold brew shot icon
    1 small cold brew shot
  • raw sugar icon
    Raw sugar

    to serve

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, milk, sugar and pumpkin spice in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold brew. Top with the cream mixture and cover the top with raw sugar. Use a blow torch to caramelise the sugar and serve.
