Ingredients


Measurements:

  • large egg icon
    6 large eggs
  • whipping cream icon
    ¾ cup (180 ml) whipping cream
  • mature cheddar icon
    115 g mature cheddar

    grated

  • spring onion icon
    1 spring onion

    thinly sliced

  • clove garlic icon
    1 clove garlic

    crushed

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper icon

  • stalk kale icon
    3 stalks kale

    leaves removed, coarsely chopped

  • marinated artichoke icon
    170 g marinated artichokes

    drained, halved

Instructions

  • 1Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half of the cheese, spring onion and garlic and season to taste.
  • 2Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange kale over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and the remaining cheese.
  • 3Press Fast Combi and set 175°C, for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.
  • 4Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
