Faster than delivery and tastier than takeout, the Combi Wave 3 in 1 air fries these quesadillas in just 6 minutes. Melted cheese and succulent chicken all wrapped up in the perfect crunch.

Ingredients

Measurements:

  • 20cm flour tortillas icon
    2 x 20cm flour tortillas
  • grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese icon
    1 cup (120 g) grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • cooked chicken icon
    40 g cooked chicken

    shredded

To serve

  • sauce icon

  • soured cream icon

  • pickled jalapeños icon
    Pickled jalapeños
  • chopped coriander icon
    Chopped coriander

Instructions

  • 1Cover one half of each tortilla with cheese. Top the cheese with chicken and fold each tortilla in half.
  • 2Press Air Fry and set 220°C, for 6 minutes. Place Combi Crisp pan on turntable in high position and press Start to preheat pan. Place quesadillas in preheated pan and press Start to begin cooking. Turn quesadillas when prompted halfway through cooking.
  • 3Cut into wedges and serve with salsa, soured cream, pickled jalapeños and chopped coriander.
