Ingredients

Measurements:

  • small beetroot icon
    2 (300 g) small beetroots

    washed

  • ripe pear icon
    3 (750 g) ripe pears

    halved and stems removed

  • blueberries icon
    125 g blueberries
  • courgette icon
    2 (300 g) courgettes

Instructions

  • 1Process the beets through the juicer using the BOOST speed.
  • 2Process the pears, blueberries and zucchini through the juicer using the FAST speed.
  • 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
