Question 1

Why did we create this program?

Accepted Answer

We created this program to help you get the best out of your grinder or coffee machine from the very first cup. It’s designed to make true specialty quality coffee at home more accessible by offering you 20% off fresh beans from the best roasters in the Netherlands, with up to 750€ * in savings available. We'll even give you 2 free bags to get started. And we're the ones covering the cost - so roasters stay whole and you're set up for success from your very first cup.

Question 2

How do I take part in this program?

Accepted Answer

To participate in the program purchase a participating product from sageappliances.com or an authorized retailer. Then, within 30 days of purchase, register your product at https://www.sageappliances.com/nl-nl/product-registration. You'll need to create a Sage account, upload your proof of purchase, and choose your preferences for two complimentary bags of coffee from beanz.com.

Once your registration is approved (typically within 5 days), we’ll ship your coffee and activate your 20% discount on beanz.com orders. Just make sure you're logged in with the same email address used for registration. You can buy on subscription or at your convenience—your discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Your 20% discount is valid for 4 years or until your savings reach the cap associated with your machine. If you purchase a participating grinder, the discount is valid for 2 years or until your savings reach the applicable cap.

Question 3

Who is beanz.com?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer

This depends on where you made your purchase:

If you made your purchase online, use your invoice. Alternatively, you can send your order confirmation along with the delivery note.

When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the image is clear and uncropped, and that it shows the following information:

Question 7

How do I upload my proof of purchase?

Accepted Answer

You'll be asked to upload a digital copy of your proof of purchase when submitting your registration. How you do this depends on the type of proof of purchase you want to upload.

Digital proof of purchase

If you made your purchase online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:

If you are registering on your tablet or phone, you can take a picture of your receipt or invoice using your device and upload the image straight from your picture library.

Uploading your proof of purchase

To upload your proof of purchase, click Upload then simply find and select the image or PDF file you'd like to upload. You can select more than one document if you like.

Once you have uploaded a document, you can upload additional documents by clicking Add file.

If you have selected the wrong file by accident, you can remove it using the delete button (indicated by the bin icon).

Once all your files have been uploaded, click Next.

Question 8

The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.

Select Resize.

Select M Best for emails and messages.

Give the file a name you'll remember and click Save.

You should now be able to upload the new file.

If you're using a Mac

You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac.

When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

If you're using an Android device

Open your Android's camera.

Select Settings.

Set your Picture quality settings to Standard.

Take the picture of your proof of purchase again.

You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're still unable to, try setting your Picture quality to Low.

If you're using an iPhone or iPad

Tap the Photos app.

Find the image of your receipt.

Tap Edit.

Tap the crop button in the bottom-left corner.

Tap the white square button in the bottom-right corner.
