Full Terms and Conditions
The following information on how to claim the offer forms part of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Shake & Take Promotion ("Promotion") is deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
1. The promoter is BRG Appliances Limited (a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8223512 with a trading address at Sage Appliances, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom ("Promoter" or "Sage").
2. The Promotion commences at ENTER TIME am (GMT) on ENTER DATE and closes at ENTER TIME pm (GMT) on ENTER DATE ("Promotional Period"). The Promotional Period may be extended in the sole discretion of the Promoter. Claims received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. The Gift consists of the product as further described in these Terms and Conditions below ("Gift").
4. To receive the Gift, claimants must (a) purchase one of the Participating Products, described below, on Sage’s website at [ENTER WEBSITE INFORMATION WHERE THEY CAN MAKE PURCHASE] and (b) satisfy the other eligibility and claim requirements set forth herein.
5. Limit one Gift per household during the Promotional Period.
6. Gifts are not redeemable for cash. This promotion is only available while stocks last.
7. Claims remain the property of the Promoter. Sage and its agents collect personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion and may disclose such data to third parties for this purpose, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers, shipping service providers and, if required, regulatory authorities within and outside Europe. The validity of claims is dependent on the provision of this information. Sage and its agents will process personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”). Definitions
8. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. "Immediate Family Member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
b. "Purchase" means either making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period or successfully and validly purchasing a Participating Product by entering a final and binding finance agreement in relation to a Participating Product during the Promotional Period. This does not include layaways unless the final layaway payment is made during the Promotional Period.
c. "Participating Products" for this Promotion consist of the following Sage Products (hereinafter, each a "Participating Product", collectively, "Participating Products"):

d. The "Gift" consists of the Shake and Take SEA050BTR0ZEU1 (£34.95 / 39,90 €)
Eligibility and claims
9. To be eligible to receive a gift, each claimant must:
a. be resident of the UK currently living in the UK and with a valid postal address;
b. be aged 18 years old or over;
c. not be an employee of the Promoter of any agency associated with this Promotion, or an Immediate Family Member of such a person;
d. be the Participating Product’s end-user, meaning the claimant must Purchase the Participating Product for their own use and not for commercial purposes, re-sale, re-supply, rental, hire purchase or any other indirect use
Claiming a Gift
10. a. Within the Promotional Period visit www.sageappliances.com ("Website") and add a Participating Product and the Shake and Take to your cart.
b. Enter the promotional code provided in the email at checkout ("Promotional Code").
c. After entering the correct Promotional Code, the Shake & Take cost will be reduced to £/€0 (UK & EU).
d. Complete the Purchase of the Participating Product.
General
11. If a Participating Product is returned for a refund, the Gift received in connection with that Participating Product must also be returned. If the claimant does not return the Gift, the Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct the stated retail value of the Gift from any refund otherwise payable. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the claimant’s statutory rights.
12. Promotion may not be transferred, re-sold or combined with other offers, promotions or discounts and is subject to change or discontinuation without notice at any time. Offers do not apply to past orders, bulk orders, back-ordered items or out-of-stock items.
13. Any costs associated with participating in the Promotion that are not expressly stated to be covered by the Promoter are the responsibility of the claimant. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the Gift is the sole responsibility of the claimant, to the extent applicable
14. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for any interruption of service that may interfere with a claimant's ability to participate in this Promotion.
15. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
acts or omissions (including negligent acts or omissions) of the Promoter's employees or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion;
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
any tax or other financial liability incurred by a claimant.
