The best kettle I have ever used. It is heavy which might be a problem for some people but I like the solid feel of it. Looks good too. The only negative is the glass on the lid is always covered in drops of water after boiling so slightly pointless design since it is never clear. Lovely action of the lid opening too. Recommend this kettle.

The lid mechanism on this kettle literally fell apart just out of its guarantee.  Solid everywhere else and I hoped it'd last for years as I paid a premium for the design but sadly not. Worst thing is they have customer service yiu can feedback to.  Buyer beware

Pros: Great quality build, stylish, easy to clean, and easy to handle. 

Cons: Little bit loud while and a bit unstable while boiling compared to other vendors.

It is stylish, the soft close lid makes all the difference & the kettle compliments our sage bean to cup coffee machine

Lovely Stylish Kettle

First time I’ve bought a sage product and I must admit am very pleased with it. I bought the soft top luxe kettle in brushed stainless steel. 
It’s very stylish, a good size with a swivel base and a classic style that’ll not date.
The boil takes a decent time and just when it’s ready a little bell goes off to say it’s finished which is a nice feature. 
The only downside is that I would say is that the window on the side for the water level is very dark and hard to see where the water is up too. But that’s not a problem really, it wouldn’t stop me buying or recommending   
Definitely would buy again and now am considering buying the toaster to match.

Mooie waterkoker!

Wat een prachtige waterkoker. Het roestvrij staal en de vorm zorgen voor een luxe uitstraling, die makkelijk in elke keuken past. 
Fijn handvat, je verbrandt je niet. De deksel is doorzichtig en opent rustig, zodat het kokende water er niet uitspringt. Ook zit er in de opening een plaatje dat ervoor zorgt dat je het water niet uit de deksel giet, fijn detail. 
Een ander mooi detail is de maatvoering. Aan de ene zijde kopjes, aan de andere zijde milliliters. Had het zo nog niet gezien op andere waterkokers, maar ik vind het zeker een leuke bijkomstigheid; erg handig! 
Al met al ben ik erg blij met de waterkoker.

Disappointing - water gauge cracked

I was genuinely excited to purchase this kettle, but less than six months in, a significant crack has developed on the water gauge. This is a serious safety concern and renders the product unusable. What’s even more troubling is discovering that multiple other customers have experienced the same issue. For a product at this price point, such poor durability is unacceptable. Save your money—there are far more reliable options out there. I’ve learned the hard way!

Very nice Kettle, well designed and well built

I needed a new Kettle and there are so many to choose from. However, I already have a Sage Barista Express coffee machine that i have had for 3 months and I am very impressed with the design, build quality and performance of it so I took a look at the Sage Kettles. The Soft Top Luxe ticks all the boxes.

The ergonic design is perfect, the handle is smooth and insulated from heat transfer. The kettle is perfectly balanced and the spout pours without any splashes. The Base is well designed and it is easy to locate the kettle. 

Nothing is perfect so I should mention the cons... I find it difficult to see the water level in scale on the side. The transparent lid does not provide a view of the inside as it is always covered in condensation but I like that and prefer it to a solid lid. It is also worth mentioning that steel kettles are heavier than plastic kettles.
